Anne J. Botts

Anne J. Botts, 90, died at her home in Clearwater, Florida, Tuesday, February 22, 1994.

She was born January 18, 1904 in Cadott, Wisconsin to Thomas and Philomena (Kral) Kysilko.  She graduated from Cadott High School in 1921, and from Eau Claire Normal School in 1925, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.  She taught in Wausau one year and then ninth grade Mathematics in Gary, Indiana Public Schools for 27 years.

In 1934, she married Lincoln Botts in Gary, Indiana.  After retirement, they lived in Tucson, Arizona until his death in 1978 when she moved to Clearwater, Florida.  She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Safety Harbor, Florida.

She is survived by a brother, Frank Kysilko of St. Paul, Minnesota; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; one brother, John Kysilko of Cadott; and two sisters, Julia Kloos of Chaska, Minnesota, and Mary VanGorder of Clearwater, Florida.

Memorial services were held on Saturday, February 26th at Bayside Funeral Chapel, Safety Harbor with Rev. C. Betts Huntley of the Presbyterian Church officiating.  Cremains will be interred at Bohemian National Cemetery, Cadott at a later date.
