Mrs. James Novak Dies at St. Joseph's Hospital

Mrs. James Novak, aged 44 years, passed away at the Chippewa hospital Saturday evening after an illness covering the past year.  Deceased was the wife of James Novak, a prominent citizen of the town of Arthur, and besides her husband, leaves two children, Ludwig and Sylvia, also three brothers, Frank, John and Elmer Svoma, and sister, Mrs. Steve Najbrt, to mourn her untimely death.

Funeral services were held Tuesday under the auspices of the Z.C.B.J. Lodge with burial in the Bohemian Cemetery.
