Adeline R. Novotny, 74, 851 University Dr., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 17, 1995, at Sacred Heart Hospital.

The former Adeline Jaeger was born March 16, 1920, in Chicago to James and Bessie (Kopta) Jaeger.  She married Frank Novotny in Chicago.  He passed away Sept. 23, 1980.

In past years Adeline was a volunteer at Sacred Heart Hospital.

Survivors include a sister, Dorothy (Richard) Hanzlik of Coal City, ILL.; a brother, George (Shirley) Jaeger of Chicago; two sisters-in-law, Betty Jaeger of Holcombe and Lynne (Dick) Manning of Westchester, ILL.; her finance' Al Johnson of Eau Claire; many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, James; a sister, Lillian Matiasek.

Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Hospital Chapel, with the Rev. Toby Ellison officiating.  Interment will be in the Bohemian National Cemetery in Cadott.
