Rose B. Peterlik

Rose B. Peterlik, 78, of 22 Jefferson St., Chippewa Falls died Wednesday, June 8 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls, WI.

She was born April 2, 1910 in the town of Delmar to Andrew and Petronella Ernst.

She married Frank Peterlik in 1927 in Stanley. Following their marriage they lived and farmed in the town of Arthur, moving to Chippewa Falls in 1958.

She was a member of Women of the Moose Lodge 770 of Chippewa Falls, where she served as treasurer. She was also a member of the Hallie Eagles Club and a long time member of the Z.C.B.J Lodge at Cadott.

She was employed at St. Joseph’s Hospital as a cook for 25 years.

Survivors include two daughters, Lillian Bergeron of Jim Falls and Rose Powell of Eau Claire; one son, Frank of Chippewa Falls; one brother, Joseph Ernst of Stanley; one sister, Mary Moudra of Chippewa Falls; eight grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held at 11:30 am at Leiser Funeral Home in Cadott with Michael Schelble officiating.

Interment was in the Bohemian Cemetery, Cadott.

Pallbearers were Thomas Bergeron, Charles and Fran Allen Peterlik, Allan and Robert Powell, and Neil Nelson.

Music was provided by Richie Peterlik. Moose Lodge member 770 and its auxiliary had a Moose service Friday night at Leiser Funeral Home.

Leiser Funeral Home Cadott handled arrangements.
