CORNELL ― Marvin H. Prokupek, 58, resident of Route 1, Cornell, town of Arthur, died Sunday, May 5, 1996, at his residence.

He was born July 15, 1937, in the town of Arthur, the son of Henry and Selma (Kohls) Prokupek. He grew up in the town of Arthur and attended Cadott High School. He lived and farmed in the town of Arthur and also was a milk hauler for 20 years.

Marvin enjoyed fixing mechanical equipment.

Survivors include two sisters, Lois Prokupek, town of Arthur, and Elvera (Ronald) Finses of Rhinelander; a niece, Suzanne (John) Mooney; two nephews, Gregory (Kim) Finses and Scott (Kim) Finses; two great nieces; and two great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 1996, at Leiser Funeral Home, Cadott, with the Rev. James Leschensky officiating. Burial will be in the Bohemian Cemetery in the town of Arthur.

Friends may call one hour before services at the funeral home on Tuesday.
