Frank Ren

Frank Ren, aged over 80, passed away at the county home for the aged at 8 o'clock Tuesday afternoon.

He was born in Czechoslovakia and came to America in 1885 and lived for a time in Manitowoc and Door counties.  He came to Cadott in 1902 and settled on a farm in Drywood where he resided for many years.  His wife preceded him in death 16 years ago and one son, Charles died in 1913 at the age of 32, after which he and his wife moved to Cadott.  No known relatives in this country and only a few distant relatives in Czechoslovakia survive.

Funeral services were held at the Leiser Funeral Home at 1 o'clock Thursday afternoon, Rev. W. B. Allen of the Presbyterian Church officiating.  Interment was made in the Bohemian Cemetery in Drywood.
