Margaret Wellner

Mrs. Margaret Wellner, age 87, of Boyd, passed away Friday morning, January 5, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Chippewa Falls.

She was born June 21, 1885 in the Town of Edson, grew up and was married on June 21, 1908 to Michael Wellner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Edson.

After their marriage they farmed in the Town of Delmar for many years.  She was a member of St. Elizabeth Society at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Boyd.

She is survived by four sons, Leo of Thorp, Raymond of Highland, Illinois, Norbert and Clarence of Boyd; three daughters, Sister Theodine, Highland, Illinois, Mrs. Frank (Dorothy) Deinhammer of Stanley, and Mrs. Clarence (Mary) Lancor of Boyd; one brother, Joseph Meyer of Boyd; one sister, Mary Raschke of Ludington, Michigan; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday 11 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Boyd, with interment to be made in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Boyd.
