Katherine Zimmerman
1926-1995

Katherine Mary Zimmerman, 68, of the Town of Delmar, died on August 17, 1995.

Katherine was born on December 2, 1926 to Albert and Mary (Baldeschwiler) Meyer in Stanley.  She was raised in the Stanley area and on September 23, 1947 was married to Clarence Zimmerman at St. Anne's Church in Stanley.

The couple lived and farmed in the Boyd area for many years.  Clarence died on September 16, 1992.  Katherine was a member of St. Joseph's Parish, Boyd and the St. Elizabeth's Society.

Katherine is survived by three sons, Kenneth (Connie), Michael (Carolyn) and Daniel; one daughter, Joan (Richard) Bukovec of Loyal; and five grandchildren, Melanie, Russell and Brittany Zimmerman, and Karen and Cindy Bukovec.

Preceding Katherine in death were her parents and husband, Clarence.

Funeral services were held on Monday, August 21 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Boyd.  Pallbearers were Jim Schuebel, Joe Jackson, Roman Bourget, Herbert Seichter, Harvey Licht, and Russell Zimmerman.

Plombon Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
