OBITUARY
ZIMMERMAN

Mathew Zimmerman, 75, well known town of Delmar farmer passed away suddenly at about 5:30 Monday afternoon at his farm home north west of Stanley.

He was born in the town of Edson, on December 4, 1881 and had lived in this vicinity all his life.  He was married to Rosa Wellner at Edson on May 12, 1908 by the late Rev. C. Nau at Sacred Heart Church.  They resided in Edson until 1911 when they moved to the town of Delmar north of Boyd.  They operated a farm there until 1947 when they moved to a small farm north west of Stanley where Mr. Zimmerman died.

He is survived by his widow, three sons and two daughters: John and Clarence of the town of Delmar and Arthur of the town of Edson.  Mrs. Donald Jackson (Catherine) and Mrs. Donald Naiberg (Evelyn), also of the town of Delmar.  Also surviving are one sister Mrs. Anna Wellner of Chippewa Falls and 14 grandchildren.

Friends called at the Supple Funeral Home in Boyd from 7:30 Tuesday evening until the time of the services which were held at 9:30 Thursday morning from St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Boyd with the Rev. Msgr. Hilary A. Leuther officiating.  Interment was made in St. Joseph's Cemetery.  The Parish Rosary was recited at 8:30 Wednesday evening at the Funeral Chapel.
