Information published on the Web is widely indexed and available to people all over the world. While this is great for those of us doing research in genealogy, it poses a problem for those concerned about their privacy.
I recognize that many people may not appreciate their personal information being available on the Internet. Therefore, I have adopted the following policy in hopes of addressing that issue:
Full descriptions are published only for people who I have reason to believe have died.
I will not knowingly publish personal information on living people. Personal information will not be included in the listings unless I have written permission to do so.
Even if a person requests to be added, the information about a living person will be limited to their name, their marriage partners, parents and children, any dates they wish to include, and a photograph.
